Remembering the Blues (from T&G Online Pop Culture Notebook)
by Victor Infante

“On Sunday night at the Poets’ Asylum, held in the Frontroom of WCUW Radio on Main Street, Worcester, poet Tony Brown took the stage during the open reading and arrested the room with a poem recalling a concert at Gilrein’s in the ’90s. We were so moved we invited Brown to share the poem, “Home of the Blues,” here.”
